HCT-1000 programmable handheld hot air gun

• HCT-1000 is a fully programmable handheld hot air gun that allows for quick and easy disassembly and replacement of SMT components.
• HCT-1000 is an excellent multifunctional hot air repair tool. It can be used alone or as part of the MRS-1000 modular repair system for more complex applications.

• Integrate vacuum pick-up device for easy removal of components;
• Creating data analysis graphs facilitates repetitive operations for operators and can store up to 50 user-defined data analysis graphs;
• Quickly set manual mode;
• External thermocouples used for process setup and validation;
• Handheld controller for heaters and vacuum pickup devices;
• Programmable, digitally controlled airflow for repetitive welding effects;
• Multiple operating modes: manual, 4-zone heating (using MRS-1000 system);
• When used as part of an MRS system, HCT-1000 is connected to PCT-1000 via a cable;
• Can be used in conjunction with ATH-1000 adjustable tool holder

Technical specifications:

There are 14 types of nozzles available for use with MRS-1000/HCT-1000. These nozzles are suitable for repairing components of various sizes, including but not limited to BGA, QFP, LGA, PLCC, and SOIC parts. We also offer customized nozzles.

The system is equipped with a 5mm nozzle and nozzle connector, and also offers a range of nozzles of different specifications.
