PCT-101Focus on hot air preheater (kit)

OK Company's PCT-100 bottom preheater is used for lead-free soldering and preheating the bottom of thicker circuit boards. It uses hot air heating and can be widely used for through-hole and SMT manual soldering.

Main features and advantages:

• Used for manual soldering, through-hole soldering, hot air SMT repair, lead-free soldering, soldering of multi-layer circuit boards and components with large grounding planes;
• Shorter processing time and excellent control over current destructive temperatures;
• By using the top ventilation board, the PCB circuit board can be directly placed above the heater to achieve maximum heat transfer;
• Integrated or separate circuit board brackets;
• Optional angle adjustable arm test.
• The complete set of bottom preheater includes 3 pieces: bottom preheater, circuit board fixture bracket, and arm support bracket. The height of the circuit board from the bottom heater can be adjusted.
