TECHCON dispensing valve has newly launched the TS9800 piezoelectric spray valve, which is suitable for various adhesives, with ultra fast speed and high-precision effects.
The Taikang TS9800 series injection valve distribution system includes a TS9800 piezoelectric driven injection valve and a TS980 controller. Each component of the valve is designed with the highest tolerance and manufactured with the strictest precision to ensure world-class accuracy and repeatability of point-to-point distribution volume. It is suitable for various adhesives, including UV curing glue/various bottom filling materials/grease/silicone phosphorus/sealant/conformal coating.

Advanced piezoelectric injection valves available

The compact size and modularity of the TS9800 series injection valve facilitate its integration into robot systems. The valve also has fully adjustable parameter settings, allowing operators to change the injection characteristics of different fluid types and optimize the repeatable distribution process. The TS9800 intelligent controller features an intuitive touchscreen user interface that is easy to set up and operate. The allocation parameters can be quickly dialed in on the touch screen. The first-class intelligent controller comes standard with an Internet port and WiFi connection, allowing users to monitor, record data, and make precise parameter adjustments from a remote location. This feature makes the device suitable for smart factories that require Industry 4.0. In addition, troubleshooting and training can be conducted remotely through an internet connection.
