Techcon TT series conical needle
The new conical needle system is designed with a dual Helix dual thread and universal Luer connector, which can firmly connect to dispensing syringes or dispensing valves. The dual Helix TT series needles are recommended for applications that require high-precision and consistent application of medium to high viscosity fluids. It is the first in the industry to provide a 27 gauge needle that can be used to apply small adhesive dots.
The dual Helix conical needle series is made of polyethylene and anti UV additive materials, compatible with various chemicals and UV curing adhesives. It has designed a smooth internal fluid path, reducing unstable air flow and preventing the accumulation of bubbles and fluid droplets caused by back pressure. The absence of flashing holes ensures the accuracy and repeatability of dispensing.

In addition, they do not contain silicon or chloride, and have a maximum working pressure of 100 psi (6.9 bar).
