The Techcon Systems spray Valve TS5500 series is designed for precision spray applications with low viscosity materials. External travel control allows operators to easily fine tune fluid flow. The cylinder and fluid shell of the newly launched TS5540 spray valve are made of FDA standard 303 stainless steel. The on-site replaceable formaldehyde resin seat can effectively close and has a very long service life. The compact design and easy to install threaded holes can be easily integrated into automation applications.

The cylinder and fluid shell of the newly launched TS5540 spray valve are made of FDA standard 303 stainless steel. The on-site replaceable formaldehyde resin seat can effectively close and has a very long service life. The compact design and easy to install threaded holes can be easily integrated into automation applications.
The new TS5540-MS spray valve is designed to spray low to medium viscosity fluids through a disposable dispensing needle. This innovative design enables the spray valve to spray a uniform spray beam with a diameter range of 0.180 "-0.60" (4.6 mm – 15 mm). The TS5540-MS spray valve is equipped with a field replaceable polyformaldehyde resin seat (seal) to achieve effective closing and extend the service life of the spray valve.
