TS5420 Adjustable Needle Valve is a pneumatic triggered single action valve that can be used for internal spring closure (single action) or connected to a needle valve to close air without the need for a spring (dual action).
The TS5440 micro glue point impact needle valve directly closes the fluid path on the sleeve inside the needle body using the needle, and can apply very precise glue points with a minimum of 0.0005 cm3.
The wetted parts of TS5440 needle valve include FDA standard 303 stainless steel.

Due to the smallest fluid "dead zone", the firing pin valve can precisely apply various sizes of adhesive dots and beads. External travel control allows operators to easily fine tune fluid flow. It is easy to maintain and almost eliminates or completely eliminates interruption time. The compact design and easy to install threaded holes make it convenient to integrate into automation applications.
